She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Phillips and Anna Slettzer Phillips; and her sisters, Kaye Haurand, Julia Alsko, Helen Bury and Mary Worrel.
She is survived by: her grandchild Courtney Suhay; and her daughter Paula Suhay (Tom) of Umatilla, FL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that donations be made to a hospice of your choice or the Washington Area Humane Society.
