He is survived by: his wife Skyla (Ballard); his children, Serenity and Silas; his siblings, Johnathan (Valley), Zane (Capazzi), Landon (Capazzi), Ashley (Valley) and Zoey (Capazzi); his parents, John and Ramonda (Capazzi); and his grandparents, John and Christine Pfeiffer.
