He was predeceased by : his significant other Melody Higgins (Cookie); his parents, Harold Higgins and Ruth Hall Higgins; and the mother of his children Bertha Andrews. He is survived by : his children, Katrina Higgins, Barrett Higgins (Stephanie), Kevin Higgins (Denise), Chris Higgins (Cristal), Robert Rex (Kim), Debbie Heddon and David Rex.
