It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Phil Mosher of Valrico, Florida, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. As James Phil departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved James Phil. Though James Phil may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Paul; his children, Heather Morrison (Jason), Matthew Mosher (Kori) and Ryan Chareonsook; his grandchildren, Elliana, Charis, Luke and Brooklyn; and his sisters, Linda Boyd and Kathy Meakins (Charles Boyd). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bay Life Church (1017 Kingsway Rd, Brandon, FL 33510). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
