It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry D. Collins of Valrico, Florida, born in La Harpe, Illinois, who passed away on July 13, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Wesley R. Collins; and his brother David. He is survived by : his mother Lois E. Collins (Bennett); his wife Brenda K. Bennett; his sons, Ryan Collins (Kattie) and Jon Collins (Tara); his grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob, Jordan, Lindsi and Matthew Collins; his sister-in-law Kathy Collins; his niece Sarah Schmeer (Peter); and his nephew Ben Collins.

A memorial fund has been established for the La Harpe Christian Church or Moffitt Cancer Center.
