He is survived by : his wife Carleene; his sister Carol; his children, Veronica and Michael; his daughter-in-law Angela; his grandchildren, Alexander, Nicholas, Philip, Max, Anna, Sophie and Caroline; his granddaughter-in-law Shelbey; and his great grandchild Elena. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
