It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Payne Jr. of Valrico, Florida, born in Roanoke, Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Judy; his daughters, Angela Marie Payne and Susan Hope Payne; his sisters, Joyce Mildred Condary and Evelyn May Hylton; and his granddaughter Savannah.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bell Shoals Baptist Church (2102 Bell Shoals Rd, Brandon, FL 33511). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
