He is survived by: his sons, Bruce (Cindy) of Williston, VT, Thomas (Robin) of Charlotte, NC and Christopher of Emerald Isle, NC; his brother William of Venice, FL.; his grandchildren, Carson (Jillian), Jesse (Abby), Peter (Sarah), Jaime Page (Josh), Brian, Nicholas, Sloane and Emerson; and his great grandchildren, Norah, Audrey, Campbell, Grady, Calvin and Celia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Al's memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memphis, TN.
