He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sadler and Betty Laurine Sadler (Crabtree); his brother Joe Sadler; his former wife Patricia Sadler (Clubbs); and his son-in-law Cole Barker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sadler (Shott); his sister Ann Cassetty (Sadler); his children, Nikki Caudill (Sadler), Brett Sadler, Lori Bantum (John), Kristi Johnson (Troy), Amy Beechy (Steve) and Edward Shott III; and his pet Toby. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren.
