She was predeceased by: her parents, John Neilan Gilmartin and Katherine Daly; her daughter Patricia; her brother Robert L Gilmartin; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Hickey, Joseph Heldmann and Harold Dooley.

She is survived by: her husband George Heldmann; her daughters, Ann Ormrod (Jeff) of Venice Florida, Elizabeth Salinas (Luis) and Margaret Talalas (Jim) of Branford Connecticut; her grandchildren, Veronica, Daniel (Heather), Matthew (Abby), Alyssa, Joseph, Timothy (Alison), Robert (Kimmie), Emerie, Abigail and Jason; her great grandchildren, London, Austin, Zander, Zachary and Violet; and her siblings-in-law, Janice Gilmartin, Frances Beckerman, Joan Dooley, Judy Heldmann and James Heldmann (Karen). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
