She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Goff and Edna Goff of Live Oak, Florida.; her siblings, Wesley Goff of Live Oak, Florida and Azlee Gamble of Live; and her nephew John Howard Gamble of Live Oak, Florida..
She is survived by: her husband Terry Winfrey; her children, Todd Balsinger (Paige) and Dawn Parker (Wayne); her stepdaughters, Melissa Fondren (John) and Michele Cantrell (Warren); her brother Leslie Goff of Orlando, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Devin Balsinger, Bryce Balsinger, Logan Balsinger, Derek Parker, Brittany Gross, Emily DeVane, Evan Fondren, Bailey Cantrell VandenHeuvel and Delaney Cantrell Rowe.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Toale Brothers Funeral Home (140 E Venice Ave, Venice, FL 34285). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (400 Field Ave E, Venice, FL 34285). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Venice Memorial Gardens (1950 Center Rd, Venice, FL 34292).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Family Promise of South Sarasota County or Grace United Methodist Church.
