Cataw; his daughter Leah Andringa (Nick); his grandson Zachary of Agawam, Massachusetts; his siblings, Laura Lewis of Columbus, Ohio, John Hoynoski (Laural) of Higganum and Anthony Hoynoski; his stepchildren, Deborah Cook (Erick Shiels) of North Egremont, Massachusetts, Nadine Hawver of Sheffield, Massachusetts and Michael Siefert (Diane) of Elmira; his grandsons, Evan and Ryan; his stepgrandchildren, Stephanie Ullrich (Timothy), Mariah Holm (Josh) and Cody Cook; and his great grandchildren, Fiona, Winter, Madison, McKenzie and Michael. He is also survived by six nieces and one nephew.
