She is survived by: her husband Fiore; her children, Gabriel Costa, Fiore Costa Jr. (Mary Bicanic) and Romana Costa; her grandchildren, Brittany Costa (Dave), Concetta Cote (Taylor 'Omar'), Larissa Costa (Terry), Zeta Costa (Peter), Concetta Costa, Felicia McConnery (Travis), Fiore Costa III, Chantel Zalman, Bisnonna of Shyla Zalman, Stella Mattatall, Bennett Cote and Mia Cote; her siblings, Assunta Mannella (Sam), Nancy Steinhaus (Ludwig) and Sam Candeloro (Roslyn); and her caregivers, Sandra Dennis, Gigi Gallegos, Gertwinder, Jincy, Paramjeet, Parmeet, Raman, Rohini and Suk.
In memory of Mrs. Costa, memorial contributions may be made to Santo Cosmas and Damian, and would be appreciated by her family.
