He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Deibel and Ingram Deibel; his former wife Mary Rose Deibel; and his son Reverend David L Deibel, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann; his brother Stephen Columbus (Mary T.); and his children, Stephanie Silver Carmel (Jerome), Curtis Deibel Canton (Barbara), Mary Deibel, Matthew Deibel Highlands Ranch (Patty), Mark Deibel Cleveland Heights (David Blazer), Amy Deibel, Copenhagen and Paula Angari Canton (Ezzat). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tidewell Hospice of Venice, Fl or The Crosss in in the Woods Catholic Shrine of Indian River Michigan.
