He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Jason Gourlay (Jessica) and Derek Bain; his mother Catherine D'Amico; his brother Tom Bain (Ranae); his stepsiblings, Nick D'Amico (Jennifer), John D'Amico (Vicki) and Terry Almaguer (Robert); his grandsons, Cody and Clark Gourlay; and his cousin Fred Weston (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
