She was predeceased by: her parents, Emidio Bonaduce and Guiseppina Distefano Bonaduce; her husband Samuel Costa, Sr.; and her siblings, Rosaria Argentine and Anthony Bonaduce.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Costa of Venice, JoAnn O'Shaughnessy (John) of Sarasota and Samuel Costa (Christine) of Virginia; and her grandchildren, Kevin Costa (Carly), Emily Costa, Conor O'Shaughnessy and Fallon O'Shaughnessy. She is also survived by two sisters, one brother, many nieces and nephews and several other family and friends.
