He was predeceased by: his parents, Estil L Balsinger and Mary Ann Balsinger (Farmer). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his siblings, Maudie Schuemann, Mary Balsinger and Clark Balsinger; his children, Jerry Jones (Nancy), Todd Balsinger (Paige) and Dawn Parker (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Jenee Barker, Devin Balsinger, Bryce Balsinger, Logan Balsinger, Derek Parker and Brittany Gross. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Venice Memorial Gardens (1950 Center Rd, Venice, FL 34293). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Home of Clark Balsinger (3150 Ewing Dr, Venice, FL 34292).
