It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene W. Jakos Sr. of Venice, Florida, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jakos and Caroline Jakos; his wife Jeanne M. Archambault; his children, Eugene Jr. and Flora; his brother Edward; and his sister-in-law Prudence.
He is survived by: his children, Karen (Mike), Christine (John), Edward (Margy), Theresa (Doug) and Jeanne; and his grandchild Grand-Dziadek.
