She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Lawler and Curl Lawler; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth E., Dorothy Martin and Wayne Newell.

She is survived by: her husband Kenny; her children, Ken Martin III (Phyllis) of Springfield, Missouri and Mary Beth Bradshaw (Steve) of Venice, Florida; her granddaughters, Natasha Bayes (David) and Alicia Martin of Springfield, Missouri; her children, Weston Bradshaw (Becca) and Brianna Canaveral (Nick) of Venice, Florida.; her great grandchildren, Makenzie, Audrey and Ellis; her sisters, Sue Newell of Alabama and Darlene Duttlinger (Dennis) of Hawaii; and her siblings-in-law, Jim Martin (Bobbie) and Cynthia Schumacher (Dan). She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation to Tidewell Hospice in Sarasota, County be made in Fay's honor.
