She was predeceased by: her parents, James Melvin and Annie Melvin; and her husband Joseph Reinhart. She is survived by: her children, Jo Anne Fitzgerald, Sue Rauschert, Jim Reinhart and Al Reinhart; her grandchildren, Michelle Savela (Andy), Karen Rauschert, Jennifer Wright (Chet), James Reinhart (Andrea) and Joseph Reinhart (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Amelia and Benjamin Reinhart.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Continuum Care of Sarasota County, an organization Fran felt strongly about.
