Ruffo and Mary Ruffo; his spouse Dotty; his children, Francis A., Jr., Carrie Ruffo-Miller (Andrew) of Annapolis and Melissa "Missi" Thompson (Robert) of Ocean Pines; his grandchildren, Jake, Joe (Liz), Jenna Ruffo, Mary Kate, Meghan, Kellie, Kevin Miller, Rachel Mason (Dan), Bobby and Nicholas Thompson; and his great grandchildren, Bridgette and Caroline.
