He was predeceased by: his wife Joan J. Palmer; his granddaughter Valerie Moore; his parents, Calvert Palmer and Louise Palmer; and his siblings, Bobby, Charley and Lorraine Griffith.
He is survived by: his children, Allison Moore (Charlie) of Englewood Florida and Wendy Hausknecht (Don) of Gilbertsville, PA.; his grandchildren, Jordan Moore (Amber), Matthew and Danielle Hausknecht; his great grandchildren, Hazel and Brayden; and his sister Pat Anderson (Michael). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Frank Palmer to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
