Phillips of Venice, Florida, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Scott and Karen; and his former wife Donna. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Jimmy and Jan; and his stepson Glenn.
