He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Cousins. He is survived by: his father Louis Cousins; his brothers, Steven, William and Mark; his children, Jeffrey, Jesse, Chloe, Joseph, Leeanna and Jalyn; and his grandchildren, Madison and Alexis.
