He is survived by: his wife Gail (Chalette); his children, Brooks Berg of Portland, OR, Ryan Berg of Payson, UT, Jason (Suzy) of American Fork, UT and Justin Berg (Ashley) of Glen Rock, NJ.; his stepchildren, Steve Shaffer (Bessie) of Huntington Beach, CA and Stacy Shaffer of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Hayden (Callan), Samantha Taylor (Emmanuel), Alex, Katie, Mandy Shaffer, Tyler, Ian and Miles; and his great grandchild Rylinn Rieselman.
