She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Kahler (Chuck); and her parents, Thelma O'Harrow (Ferguson) and James O'Harrow of NuMine, Pennsylvania.. She is survived by: her children, Robin Fort (Robb) of Littleton, Robert Fletcher (Brenda) of Kittanning Pennsylvania and Michael Fletcher (Kathy) of Westfield; her stepdaughters, Julie Ulrich (Thomas) of Islip Terrace, NY and Angela Kahler; her grandchildren, Patrick Fort (Ana Lucia) of Washington, DC and Hannah Fort of Grand Junction, Colorado.; her stepgrandchildren, Thomas of Oneonta, NY and Maggie of New Rochelle, NY; and her niece Kelli.
