He is survived by: his daughter Kira Ann Kusky; his wife Carol Ann Pucilowski; his brothers, Donald of Clio, Ken (Cathy) of Burton and Richard (Valerie) of Wetumpka; his sisters-in-law, Terry, Louise and Kim; his nephew Tom Poe; and his cousin Gary Smith.
