He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kerckhoff and Mary Kerckhoff. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Maggie" Kerckhoff; and his children, Melinda Kerckhoff Sims (Kyle), Andrew Frederick Kerckhoff (Julie) and Laura Marie Smith (Jay). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
