He is survived by: his children, Angela Klem Hickey (Brian), David Klem, Christine Klem (Jordan Fanning) and Michael McCormack; his grandson Louden; his sister Gail Slater; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Slater, Madison Slater and Kim Gabler Polson.
