He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Campbell (Frank) of Fremont, IN; his stepgranddaughter Krystle Campbell (Ryan Gindlesperger); his nephew Derrold Covell (Nancy); and his nieces, Pam Anderson (Pat) and Jan Gearhart (Tod Molter).
