It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lewis A. Palermo of Venice, Florida, who passed away on July 26, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Lewis A. departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lewis A.. Though Lewis A. may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Palermo and Alphonso Palermo; and his brother John Palermo. He is survived by: his wife Susan Palermo of Venice; his children, Michael Palermo (Joelle), Diana Fuller (Lee), Paola Agostinelli (Tom), Frank Bauserman (Amy Serikstad) and Louisa McCall (Anthony); and his siblings, Missy Lockwood, Linda Harrington, Sarah Starr and Daniel Palermo. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins and good friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (3003 Dewey Ave, Bronx, NY 10465).
