He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvin McNeil and Betty McNeil (Glann); his wife Sharon McNeil (Serafin); his children, David (Ingrid) of Falls Church, VA, Colleen (Randy) of Alexandria, VA and Dustin (Stacy) of Lakewood, CO.; his grandson Jackson McNeil; and his siblings, Sally Hull, Peggy Pierce and Chuck McNeil. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
