She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam McCampbell and Alene Neal McCampbell; her husband Dr. Clyde L. Hawk; her son Scott Smith; and her grandparents, Thell Ross Neal, Laura Frakes Neal, Willis Lee McCampbell and Kate Lee Smith McCampbell.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Watts Weiss; her granddaughters, Tabitha, Amber Watts and Christina Smith; and her cousins, Joseph W. Austin, Liz Baines, Becky Taylor and Andy Austin. She is also survived by several other cousins and friends.
