He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Cosenza and Giovanna Falcone; and his sister Serafina Basile. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his daughter Christine (Ron); his grandchildren, Madison, Riley and Aidan of Prescott, WI; his son John; and his siblings, Maria and Salvatore (Belle). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
