He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert T. Kosten and Sallie Kosten Sr. (Miner); and his brother Robert T. Kosten Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Lora L. (Bechard); and his children, Richard M. Kosten Jr. of Riverside, RI and Tracey L. Brennan of Plymouth, MA.. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
