He was predeceased by: his former wife Sandra Hogan; and his son John Daniel Hogan. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Terry Miller, Laurie Wenner (Kenneth), Lorene Cantwell (John), Robin Chambers and Kevin Rohm (Amy); and his sister JoAnn Regan (Gerry). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
