He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Banks and Charles D. Hall; his brother Bruce Hall; and his grandson J. Michael Crouse, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Phillips Hall; his children, Ronald H. Hall (Melissa), Holly Bowen (Mark) and George Alan Hall (Ginger); his grandchildren, Jennifer Harrison (Daryl), Harley Hall, Lauren Hindman, Natalie Crouse, Kristi Morton (Andrew) and Hollie Dohmann (Anthony); and his great grandchildren, Courtney (Jared), Jenna (Landen), Shelby, Clayton, Marley, Rowen, Sunny, Mabel, Parker, Delaney and Graham.
