He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Fell and Constance Fell (Brescia) of Rochester. He is survived by: his sister Joycelyn Rugg; his brother-in-law Robert Rugg of Camillus; his brother Kenneth Fell of Rochester; and his nephews, Richard Roncinske, Ronald Roncinske and Mark Roncinske.
