He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lombard and Ruth Lombard. He is survived by: his wife Terry Lombard; his children, Jeffrey Scott Lombard, Tracey Lombard Garriga (Tom) and Kelly Lombard Bates; his grandchildren, Lindsay Bruggeman (Nathan), Ryan Lombard (Jordan), Jake Garriga (Allison), Carley Watters, Tess Adams (Blake), Dassah Bates, Sam Bates and Amanda Bates; and his brother Dennis Lombard (Susan). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many extended family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Epiphany Cathedral (310 Sarasota St, Venice, FL 34285).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in Sam's memory.
