He was predeceased by: his mother Martha; and his brothers, Junior, Don and Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughters, Vickie (Steve), Kim (Tom), Shannon (Rick) and Stephanie (Derek); and his grandchild Jen.
The family will have a private memorial but have asked in lieu of flowers for donations to be made in his name to Tidewell Hospice.
