He is survived by: his former wife Mary Louise Hood; his wife Rosemary Waters; his son Thomas Michael; his daughter-in-law Melanie; his grandsons, Thomas Michael Jr. and Bradley; his great grandchildren, Spencer and Hannah Gombos; his stepdaughter Maria Tompkins; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew and Anne-Marie; and his friends, Bill Flack, Steve Plichta, Doug Richards, Donna Perkins, Anne Stephens, Diane Skentzos, Bill Tedrow, Keith Backhaus and Kevin Morgan of Men's Fellowship.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (508 Riviera St, Venice, FL 34285).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tom's name to World Central Kitchen.
