It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Velma Lee McClain of Venice, Florida, born in Punta Gorda, Florida, who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Scott McClain; her mother Thelma Lowe (Dampier); and her brothers, Edward "Eddie" Lowe, Larry Lowe and Henry Lowe.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick McClain and Delma McClain; her grandchildren, Elana, Eric, Astasia, Riley and Patrick; and her siblings, Riley Lowe, William E. Lowe, Kenneth E. Lowe and Linda L. Lowe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
