She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Lee Gifford; and her parents, Alice Kendall Wasson and Willard Levi Wasson. She is survived by: her child Jayme Perkins (Michael); her grandchild Kendall; her sons, Landen, Aiden and Matthew Thatcher; her stepson Scott Gifford; her stepgrandsons, Zane and Connor; her stepson Brad; and her stepgrandchildren, Taban and Josie.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Community Bible Church (1045 US-41, Venice, FL 34285).
A great memorial to her would be chatting up an old friend about dogs on your way to donate blood while the Joy FM played in background.
