She was predeceased by : her husband Ed McCarthy. She is survived by : her granddaughter Olive; her son Patrick O'Boyle (Catie); her granddaughter Olivia; and her pet Janice.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Farley Funeral Homes and Crematory - Venice (265 Nokomis Ave S, Venice, FL 34285). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Sarasota National Cemetery (9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241).
