He is survived by: his children, Jimmie Phillips Jr. (Heather Phillips) of Colorado, Gregory Daniel Phillips of Vernon, FL, John Swinehart of Chipley, FL, Mariesa Lynn Phillips, LaNieka Pool of Chesapeake, VA, Rhonda Leigh Yelvington of Georgia and Crystal Harbor of Oregon; the mothers of children, DeWanna Phillips of Ocala Fl and Julie Phillips of Chipley, FL; his grandchildren, Julie, Malachi, Samuel, Emerson Khaleesi, Khalia, Amelia Kylie and Madalynn; his siblings, Albert Eugene Phillips of Bonifay, FL, Samuel Arthur Phillips of Bonifay, FL, Patricia Phillips of Bonifay, FL, Regina Phillips of Bonifay, Annie Phillips of Bonifay, FL and Mary Phillips of Winterhaven, FL; and his cousins, Michael Phillips and Stephanie Phillips.
