He is survived by: his children, Alicia Rhodes of Vernon, FL, John Perkins of Vernon, FL and Elizabeth Perkins of Chipley, FL; his sister Guana Paul (Ricky) of Bonifay, FL; his grandchildren, Kylee, Alyssia, Elisha, Elaina, Julie, Ericka, Abrielle, Bentley and Annabel; and his great grandchild Violet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
