He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Howard and Margaret Howard (Crutchfield). He is survived by: his wife Vicki Howard; his children, Jeanine Kolmetz (Brad), Heather Wells (Herbie) and Ashley Rester (Brian); and his brother Bob Howard (Betty). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Liberty Church (3983 Creek Rd, Vernon, FL 32462).
