She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Kelly and Edna Kelly; her husband Robert Duty; and her brothers, Allen Kelly, Charles Kelly, Willie "Coon" Alford Kelly and Roger Dale Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Trista Armstrong (Leif Armstrong) of Vernon, Florida and Wesley Kelly of Vernon, Florida; her brother Paul Kelly; and her grandchildren, Julian Duty, Gage Duty, Trinton Duty, Christopher Armstrong, Avery Armstrong, Wesley A. Kelly, Alisha Kelly, Sarah Marie Kelly, Katie Harvey, Wyatt Harvey and Joshua Cox.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Obert Funeral Home Chapel (731 Kirkland Rd, Chipley, FL 32428).
