He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Collins; his children, Cheryl Lynn Collins, Angel Lynn Motes, Brian John-Christopher Alsager, Aidan Alsager, Austin Sean-Thomas Alsager and Jason Chandler-Jordan Alsager; Darrel Motes, Terry Motes, Catherine Day, Regina Motes, Darlene Fields and Theresa Seebo.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Yates Funeral Home & Cremation Services - Fort Pierce (1101 S US Hwy 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34950). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
