She was predeceased by: her husband James Sharp; her son James "Jay" Sharp, Jr.; her parents, Joseph Black and Bridie Black; her brother-in-law Sammie Edenfield; her niece Tara Hutchison; her siblings-in-law, Felix "Flip" Sharp, Jr. and Ollie Sharp; and her nephew Fland Sharp.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Sharp of Tucker, Georgia and John Sharp of Jacksonville Beach, Florida; her granddaughters, Michaela Heaton (Joe) of Vero Beach, Carly Snyder (Eric) of Vero Beach and Macy Hurst (Zeke) of Vero Beach; her great grandchildren, Gage and Grant Hurst of Vero Beach; her sisters, Helen Edenfield of Atlanta and JoAnne Harper (Kenneth) of Canoochee, Georgia; and her nephews, Chris Edenfield (Mel) of Atlanta and Joe Harper of Canoochee.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (2206 16th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Crestlawn Cemetery (1216 14th St, Vero Beach, FL 32960).
